Lose 10 pounds

Sure, I want to eat healthy to be healthy. But there’s also some vanity involved. I want to lose 5-10 pounds. And keep them off. It’s just such a drag always thinking that “i want to lose weight” that might as well do it and have some more room in my head. It’s not rocket science either but I do realize that some profound changes have to happend to my thinking habits. I hate diets and restricting myself so have to find a way to not feel like I’m on a diet.

1) Keep life simple first, and enjoy it too

2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits, lean meat

3) drink plenty of water and green tea

4) Avoid junk food, snacks and soda drinks

5) Have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) to keep the tummy satisfied. It helps to limit cravings. If you have cravings, drink water or eat fruits!

6) Regular Exercise – combine strength and cardio training
