take some part time IT classes
I enrolled. 1 year ago

I signed up for Office Skills (so I can get the ECDL and new CLAIT qualifications) and a City and Guilds in Website Design. They both start next month.

I am competent on the computer and I’m fairly competent at coding HTML and CSS but the problem is when I go for a job I have no qualifications to prove this so that’s why I need to take these classes

could be enhanced by showing what you can do. You could create a web page to showcase your talents. Create some things, print them out, and bring them with you to interviews.

Did you know there are tons of free IT courses available online? It’s a good way to explore different subjects and decide what you want to spend your money on…IF you need to spend it.
