If you live near a yarn store, maybe they offer classes and you could just sign up and do it! That’s probably more motivating than trying to figure it out from written instuctions. But it’s totally worth learning—it can be very relaxing and you aren’t limited by what you can find in a store. Maybe if you go out and just buy yarn you really like and want to make a scarf out of, you’ll have a reason to finally learn.
