Scheduling Workouts 2 years ago

I am using my Palm Pilot to schedule my workouts over the busy school year. I printed out my schedule and it’s hanging on my wall. Saturday will be my fun fitness day when I am the most active. I will do my elliptical for 20 minutes, jump rope for 10 minutes, and go on a one hour power walk. Sunday will be my relaxing fitness day. I will do a dance tape, followed by an abs tape, and then some yoga stretching. I want to be physically active every day now :)

Your exercise schedule is so organized, I’m truly impressed. It’s great that you are doing such a wide variety of activities too.
