Well lets just say that I am started to get motivated again. I have done the same exercise for 4 days in a row now (shock horror lol). First 2 exercises on my arms to get them stronger and everything, after that the next 2 exercises works on my legs, then I do 15 sit ups. Some times I just dont want to do them or when I am half way though them I just want to give up but I make myself do them… Its kinda hard sort of.
