A better week then my usual weeks. I write down all what I do in my journal (aka exercise journal) and usually I do about 3 to 5 days of exercised. I dont know how long I do them for but oh well. I cant really see the change in my arms but I am hoping to see some improvement from my stomach. I wanna have a flat tummy. Also I see improvement in my arms and my legs. So yeh I have done 5 weeks now which is good. But I dont know how long I have got left to say that I have done this goal. Lets just leave it about another 4 weeks and see if I can go the 6 day exercise. Also I havent been walking or running because it is magpie sesson so yeh I dont really want to get hit in the head. But I have a question, if I have my dog with me do they still attack? Thanks :)
