I am trying to get my stomach flat for the school formal thats happening in November however I have trouble getting on track and being motivated. I havent exercised for more then a week and also I am getting less and less sleep. Its magpie sesson in aussie land so I am not running or walking in case I get attacted but I really do wanna run and get fit, also exercise my dog as well. The path of running I usually take is the bush area and I like it when people doesnt see me running. Any tips and all that to help me will be most grateful :) or any websites.
