I am trying to get my stomach flat for the school formal thats happening in November however I have trouble getting on track and being motivated. I havent exercised for more then a week and also I am getting less and less sleep. Its magpie sesson in aussie land so I am not running or walking in case I get attacted but I really do wanna run and get fit, also exercise my dog as well. The path of running I usually take is the bush area and I like it when people doesnt see me running. Any tips and all that to help me will be most grateful :) or any websites. Thanks for reading and I hope everyone is enjoying there day :) Keep up the good work

Just a question...

I don’t have any advise or tips to help you but I read your entry. I unfortunately gave up on trying to get into shape. I went so far as to cancel my gym contract.

The reason for my comment is to know: What exactly is “magpie season”? I’m from South Africa. Not to sound dumb or anything but I do know that a magpie is a bird, just want to know do these birds actually attack people? That sounds scary and very dangerous.

I don’t know you but I know that getting into shape isn’t worth it if you could get attacked by a bird or birds.
