bought this book turbulence training 3 days ago, and boy great workouts. Combines upper and lower body exercises without rest. The aim is to maximize time at the gym and work the muscle group. After the weights, it is onto intervals, been doing 200m sprint followed by jogging 400m then repeat again.

Great workout.
