Been trying Turbulence Training , and following the guidelines for both cardio and resistance/body weight training. Really feeling the affects of the workout.

The upper and lower body combo without rest is great. i can feel my heart pumping.

Been doing 200m sprints, followed by 200m jog and repeat (for 20 min)...

Seeing the results! Great intensity workout. My Wife is using Turbulence Training and enjoying it.

We’ve been following the nutrition guidelines as well, and have cooked various meals to avoid boredom. good so far!
