Learn to rollerblade
Time to get moving 12 months ago

I’m inspired to get going on this goal having seen how well the climbing has gone – it’s great to find that I actually genuinely enjoy a sport, and hope rollerblading will continue in the same vein, this time with added cardio benefits.

I’m going to start with a course, and am thinking of the January one here http://www.skatefresh.com/group-lessons/skate-school/ – hopefully I will have a bit more free time & money then. The special offer makes it a good deal too. Maybe I can even convince a friend or two to come along…well, it worked for climbing!

Wish I lived nearer

Did a little a couple of years ago and would love to do more. In fact I started the top sports around the same time as well, having been looking for skiing replacements for the summer, but didn’t do much blading.

I recommend elbow pads as well as knee and wrist. (I started off without them and… I ordered some fairly soon, but only after the sliding along tarmac on my forearms experience…)
