People get caught up the rules without questioning them? It’s always silly things, like how long of a break you take at work (Even if there is absolutely no work to do and your boss is on vacation) and that sort of thing. People call it work ethic.

I’ve never seen people taken advantage of as much as the people with “Good Work Ethic” do.

I believe in work ethic, it’s not as though I’m a deadbeat or anything. It’s just that I don’t believe anyone should let the people who are paying them as little as possible to do the work they want to do should just let themselves be metaphorically prostituted without some sort of defiance.

There’s not a fine line between being appreciated for what you do and being taken advantage of; People should realize that.
