Lose Weight / Exercise  — 2 months ago

I need to lose 40-60 pounds but I’d be satisfied if I could just lose 10-20.

I know the basics – eat less and exercise more. But, when I start a diet or “Nutrition Plan”, I don’t stick with it. Sometimes I go back to “pigging out” on the same day! I’m extremely weak when it comes to sweets, i.e. chocolate. If I eat one sweet, I’ll eat a dozen.

As for exercise, I’m currently in Physical Therapy twice a week and I walk once or twice per week. I want to increase my walking and take Aquacise (Water Aerobics) or Yoga or “Learn to Dance” (Zumba maybe) when my Therapy runs out.
