I haven’t workout as much as I planned. I did run and walk today 2 miles. I also I will make more of effort starting NOW. I did 100 push-ups/sit-ups before I went to sleep. I ran/walked 5 miles, did 90 pushups and sit-ups and, played basketball once last week. I fell off the wagon after that. NO EXCUSE. This week I will get it right! PEACE
