honeysita is missing my love! :(

Yesterday was the day! 4 months ago

So i started yesterday, i mean for real.
I already have around a week eating very very healthy and cutting so many calories.
No coca cola, no bread, no candy, no fried stuff no junk food or eating out in unhealthy places… this should work for me! No eating late night and in big amounts. Less meat (or nothing) at less the red one…
But i will: drink a lottt of water, drink more tea, eat more veggies and i wanna try new veggies that i never had before, more fiber and soy products….
I started doing some walking yesterday. I walked around 5.5 miles.. it was great! i felt so good after… I’m eating 5 meals, smaller and just salads and fruits and soy as protein…
I have also somebody that gives me massages to reduce inches… i love that too..
So my plan is to start just doing cardiovascular exercises for a couple of weeks (5-6 days a week).. and then start with my gym routine.. (weights, push ups, to work on my abs, etc)
I have massages 3 times a week.
I had 157.0 at the moment i added this goal.. couple of days ago.
Right now i weight myself n i have 153.6 pounds. So i think is working!
I’m doing this not just for the way i look (that i don’t like cause all my life i was always thin by nature)... but i wanna do this because if i continue this way i’m gonna be worst and worst and it will bring me health problems…
I already have my BMI very high, so i don’t wanna be an obese an sick person in the future… I wanna have kids and be able to play with them and raise them :)
Anyways i’m happy cause it’s just my second day and i’m really enjoying this.. i haven’t starve and i feel happy and full of energy!
