But I can’t hold it for long and I can’t make the whole posture with my feet on my head. Also I still have to kick up against a wall and then take my feet off the wall rather than lifting up from headstand. Still…. practice makes perfect!

It’s one of those poses which is hard to get into but it’s not actually as bad as it looks when you get there. It’s more about balance and concentration really. Still lots of work to do tho. My poor back isn’t as flexible as I would like it to be.
