How I did it: I kept recyclable bags in my car. If I did forget them I often refused bags and struggled to carry everything as a symbol to myself. If I did a big shop and forgot them I didn't beat myself up but I made sure that I donated those bags to the op shop to be reused. Read how I did it…

My current weight is 89.6!!! I can’t believe I put that much back on. I will enter my other figures later, but the journey has begun again. I have entered a 30 day challenge to see who can lose the most weight and cms. It starts on MOn so I will be going soooo hard!
