I have a need to eat often so I require planning so I eat every 2-3 hours healthy foods and my daily total is 1200 calories sample day:
breakfast=oatmeal and a banana 8 am
snack=apple 11 am
snack edamame 1 pm
lunch vegetable soup 4 pm
snack= almonds 6 pm
dinner guacamole and spinach on whole wheat bread 9 pm
going vegan that way I wont eat junk because most junk in my house either has cheese or butter in the ingredients
new diet:
breakfast= oatmeal, banana or apple, skim milk
lunch= veggie burge
snack= yogurt
dinner= vegetable soup
drink 4 cups green tea, 2 cups black tea, 2 cups herbal tea, 2 cups water
