It must be close to autumn. I went to get some Summer Ale but it was replaced by Octoberfest. Of all the Sam Adams seasonal beers, I think I like Octoberfest the best.

I bought a 6 pack of Harpoon Summer Beer last week. It’s very good and perfect for a hot, summer day. It is light, refreshing, and crisp. It’s up there with my other favorites.

Right now the Summer Ale is my favorite. It tastes so good on a hot summer day. Start out with a frosted glass, add a slice of lemon on the side and enjoy. Of course I had to have a couple today since it’s the 4th of July. :)

I tried a local beer when I was in D.C. 2 weeks ago called “Foggy Bottom”. It was a great tasting beer. I wish I could get it here in Ma.

I really like Sam Adams “White Ale”. It’s another one of their seasonal beers that’s only available in the spring. It’s got a very nice taste.

I found another contender for the best beer. It’s Harpoon Winter Warmer. It has some spices added and has a great taste. I’ll be doing more “tasting” tonight.

BBC (Berkshire Brewing Company) is a good beer but not my perfect beer. So far Sam Adams Summer Ale is my number 1 choice. Still looking though.
