You have to start somewhere right? 2 years ago

I started reading the Art of Happiness by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Howard C. Cutler on Friday. At the end of a chapter on human warmth and compassion there was a 5-minute meditation on getting yourself to feel more compassion towards other people. I tried it. Although I can tell that I need a lot more work when it comes to clearing my mind I was able to complete it.
