I've been working FOREVER 8 months ago

and I still have that skinny fat appearance
like, I have a washboard stomach, with a little more fat on top

but i found out alot recently and am starting quickly to change my lifestyle.

6 smaller meals a day, no carbs before bed, lots of water, NO SODAS, green tea, high fructose corn syrup and trans fat are the DEVIL, muscle burns fat, 30min-1 hour of constant cardio 5 times a week is WRONG…...20 minutes once or twice a week of SPRINTING, or other intense stop-and-go cardio, is the way to go.

also, finding out your body fat percent, and finding out just how many calories you should consume a day to lose a healthy 1-2 lbs a week (you can find em…somewhere), will help.

full body workouts like cleans/bench press/squats (without the machine) about 3 times a week for no more than an hour, etc are better for a LEAN, rather than BULKY look

compare a marathon runner to a sprinter
which is sexier?

I’m goin with sprinter
(I suggest looking into this comparison yourself, it’s pretty surprising)

oh, btw….100 crunches every day 7 days a week, or 1 hour of ab excercises…sux

nope, you need to find a better routine than that. Try doing hanging leg raises (these are the ultimate ab workout if you can DO them), weighted crunches on a excercise ball (make sure the weight is BEHIND your head, not on your chest), ab bicycles.

try for working abs for about 7 minutes with this 3 times a week. If you do it right, you’ll feel it.

aaand..slow and precise is better than fast and sloppy. keep that in mind while working out.

one of the MOST IMPORTANT things you need to research about your body is how METABOLISM works. If you understand hwo it effects you and find out how to increase your own, you’ll see just how stupid all these crash diets, long 7 day workouts, and machines, are all USELESS

Some kind of 6 pack plan... 1 year ago

Age: 14
Weight: 136
Height: around 5 feet 3 inches

Well, I’ve been working on my entire appearance for a couple years now, and i’m recently reaching my prime. Just a week ago, though, the one and only apparently attractive thing about me: my hair (yeah I know it’s gay), was destroyed, so now, I need something new, so I’m gonna work harder than ever before on my 6 pack.

This is what I’ve normally done:

100-200 sit ups (100 straightthrough then 4 parts of 25)
30 crunches
25 uhm… twisty sit up things (dunno what you’d call it)
10 leg lifts
30-50 push ups
treadmill 1 mile at 6.5mph every couple days

and curls and stuff, but I don’t think my chest or arms are linked

My diet isn’t horrible, but I do eat fast food and drink ALOT of tea, but I normally don’t pig out, and ppl tell me im not fat at all, but naturally I disagree. I think i’m more of a wet board shape with a 2 pack.

P.S. I only eat fast food because healthy food is expensive.

If there’s some kind of sure-fire way to get a 6 pack at my level in ohh say 4 months, let me know, but any other tips would be greatly appreciated!
