Going to the gym tomorrow to renew my locker and restart my weight training!

Went rock climbing and ooooh wee, my muscles are getting laughably puny. Pathetic…



Back on Track 1 year ago

and feeling better.

I ran a 5k race on Saturday and I just feel way better about myself, more confident, happy. I’m taking a break from tracking my food and going back to the original way I started losing weight: just eat healthy foods. I don’t want to worry about percents or numbers or obsessing. I’m just going to eat healthy, enjoy my strength training, and enjoy my running and see what happens.

I know I’ve gained a little bit, but I think it’ll come off easily.

Let’s just say I’ve had a REALLY BAD three days.

Like, I really really really cannot believe I haven’t gained more weight. I was just craving sugar and carbs like crazy and I gave in. I’m really sad and ashamed.

I’m also sick, so I can’t work out. I think I’m back on track though.

I have lose weight as a general goal, but I think that having this in addition will be helpful.

I’ve already lost 8 pounds (130-122) the slow hard way of eating well with weight lifting and cardio (took me two months!). I’d like to get down to 117 by New Years (two more months!) I’m trying to get off the scale addiction, but 117 is the number that represents the tape measurements that I feel will work best for my body.
