Also, I recently found these awesome Crystal Light flavor packets that you add to your standard 20oz water bottles. So instead of boring water, I get sugar-free lemonade or raspberry. That helps me a lot with avoiding soda.

Somedays I really, really need the caffeine rush that my favorite diet soda provides, so cutting soda entirely out of my diet doesn’t work. So I’ve limited myself to just one soda per day. If I need the soda to kick-start myself first thing in the morning, then that’s my soda for the day. If I’m okay in the morning, I can save it for an afternoon pick-me-up.
