I’ve been finding a kick with the ol’ blasted elliptical machine. P and I have been trekking to the apartment’s gym since last Monday, although I’ve been slipping up on that. He went out tonight, actually, and I stayed in on the couch, since I’ve been feeling under the weather all night. Hopefully, I can get back on track with this tomorrow night, at least with some abdominal crunches! Whoo! (Tries to get excited about exercise!...then falls asleep with ice cream spoon in mouth.)

Playing tennis tonight with Paul. Thank God! Watching the Olympics is making me crave for more physical activity!

Tonight I am going to a Gentle Yoga class in Jackson. It’s from 730 to 830, and I am so excited to be going! I haven’t done yoga in a class form yet, only by myself through videos, and would like to learn more poses. And the studio is phenomenal. It’s lit by candles and the instructor plays soothing music. And there’s tea afterwards. Lord knows tea’s all it takes for me to come.
