sell my house

are coming along nicely. the master bath looks so much better. i am so excited. i’ve been power washing the drive and walk way, they look alot better. i started painting the interior of the cabinets and closets. they look so much fresher. i have to get this place ready to put back on the market. there is still alot of work to do, but i feel like if i just focus on one project at a time i’ll get there…

i’m gonna have to look into a short sell…

at 3am Tuesday and the supply line to the toilet had busted, water everywhere, ceingling had collapsed on the first floor and water all the way down to the basement. got the plumber, serv pro and the insurance guy out. its overwhelming. there is so much that needs to be done around that house. i guesss i am going to take my vacation in September and work around the house. so sad.

this past week, my mother had surgery. the house needs sooooo much work. it was so depressing. i’ve had it off the market for about 2 months, and i think i really need to do some work before i put it back on. i’m going to try to get one project done on it a month. i’ll need to go home alot of weekends this summer to get this accomplished. so exhausted from dealing with this house. it was such a mistake to purchase it at the height of the housing market. i’m in over
y head.

a new realtor this week, its actually been nice having the house off the market for the week and not having to deal if only for a short time.

i bought the house at the height of the market and now its overpirced. I lowered the price. i just can’t afford to go much lower, i’m already going to lose alot of money. i don’t know if i should just take it off the market for a while….

to select a new realtor…ugh.

looked at it yesterday and today, but i really think its only because my realtors contract is up. they were jerks. rude to my mother.

the price again a little. its been on the market for over a year. i paid way too much for it, but when I bought it everything was so overvalued. i feel taken advantage of, but really its my own fault. i never should have bought the thing. i just have always wanted a home so bad and I had no idea I would be moving again in 2 years. Must sell this house. I just don’t know how much I can lower the price. I’m already losing money on it.
