I have always been in a house with a lot of people. I’m use to the loud noises, the yelling, the sound of things being moved around and all the other background noises you can imagine. Now I’m out on my own and there is only me. My roomate is only here on occasion and I’m not use to the silence. Instead of using that hatred to get out more, I have instead started to watch TV constantly. Its always on and, as much as it annoys me, it has become extremely addicting.

How I did it: It actually isn't that hard. Chinese food and backyard burger were kind of hard to give up but other than that fast food really wasn't part of my diet. There are inexpensive resturaunts out there that are really worth going to and lord, do they need you since they are hurting so much with this recession. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I'm not really sure. I just set it n my mind that this was something I was gonna do and I set out to do it. I stopped caring what other people may think of me and just relaxed. I also worked on things that I thought hindered me. I worked on clearing up my acne and started exercsing more so I could be more confident. Read how I did it…
Okay, you’ll need two people (you and someone else) for this but its amazing and you’ll get a great work out. Lay straight on your back with someone standing at your head. Hold on to their ankles and lift you legs (keep them straight!!) straight up. Have the other person push your legs back down as hard as they can (TRY NOT TO TOUCH THE GROUND! lET YOUR LEGS GO DOWN BUT DON’T LET THEM TOUCH THE FLOOR!) Bring your legs back up and repeat. Do this twelve times. Take a break. Do twelve more times. Take a break. Do twelve more times. Take a break. Do twelve more times. In all you will be lifting your legs 48 times. Its not as bad as it sounds. Oh, and when you take a break that doesn’t mean a ten minute break. Just break long enough to catch your breath and rest your legs. Just one minute, two minutes at the most. Its such a great work out and my tummy feels so much tighter!
My scale says I have gone up one pound and I believe it considering the milkshakes I have been craving. I have been giving into the coffee ice cream thing a little more than usual and that stops now. I’m going back to only having it once or twice a month. The positive side of this, because ya’ll know we have to have a positive side to survive this, is that I’m actually seeing a huge difference in my body. Before it was like I was divided in two. I had a roll of fat (I hate that I said that) on top and then this tiny area that was desperately trying to be a waist and then, my pudgy stomach stuck out. Now I don’t have that upper roll! It almost completely gone!!! I looked in the mirror today and my upper body is definately slimming down!!! AWESOMNESSS!!!
