today, i went through the manuscript guidelines for self-publishing and formatted the prologue! it looks pretty good…like a real book! exciting and i’ll keep pluggin’away…
when i hit 50,000, i will self-publish. when my books come in, i’m going to have a signing party! whoooo-hoooo!
i wrote some today. it wasn’t much—just what will become the description of my little novella. i’m excited though! it felt good to finally clarify the direction of the book!
i have about 20,000 words—that’s 30k more in two days and i’m crazy enough to believe i can still do this…

nanowrimo is kicking my ass, but this is sooo good.
on this freakin’ site for an hour instead of writing! i only have 9 more days until the end of nanowrimo! i have to finish! buckle down….buckle down!
i can’t decide whether to continue to write my novel in first person or third person. thus, the story is getting quite disjointed, although, if i must say so myself, there are flashes of good writing here and there. i am very excited about finishing nanowrimo and self-publishing. if i take one step, God will take two, right?
