I’m really letting myself down with this goal. I eat terribly, mostly because of my scheduale, and it is such a hard habit to break.

I’ve managed to get myself to drink just water, and black coffee if I need it. I don’t eat sweets (well except for those rare occasions) And I don’t eat late at night. I’m not all the way there, and I’m feeling much much better.
I want to stop drinking soda so much. and stop eating so many sweets (i work at panera, which has a big bakery section, its easy to grab)
