I’ve had good stretches the past couple of weeks, but then comes the pizza on Friday. I’ve got to dedicate myself to being disciplined this week.

I’ve done ok, but can remember eating pizza and hamburgers once last week. I did stick to the Slimfast a couple of days too.
I ate fast food a couple of times this week, and have snacked a lot while working overtime. Right now I feel horrible, so I’m going to have to eat better starting today.
I did a pretty good job of eating healthy this week. Only had Taco Bell once. Not too shabby, but not great either.
Had an ok week, but went to a restaurant Saturday night and then pigged out on Super Bowl Sunday. I’m getting back on track this week (again).
Have done pretty well, except for eating pizza again on Friday night. I have a few outtings this week, so I won’t eat very healthy this week.
I’ve had good days, and then I’ve had horrible days. I ate a Triple Cheeseburger from Wendy’s on Friday night, and I ate a full breakfast earlier in the week.
Other days, I’ve eaten too little. I’ve got to do a better job of balancing this out.
Still doing alright. Ate a Dominoes pizza Friday night, then had breakfast Saturday morning. Two donuts Sunday morning. I’m going to get back on track….right now.
