get out of debt

I just wanted to update this entry. I have done this. I paid off all my consumer debt as of 10.17.2006. It feels great! Thank you for your support.

I now owe only $1400 to my one and only credit card. My credit score has improved greatly. If I were shopping for home loans, I get a pretty good rate. I am not doing so well in saving as I haven’t kicked all the debt out yet. I do have a meeting with a Certified Financial Planner who specializes in wealth building, educational and retirement planning, and budgeting. Her name is Barbara and I meet her on May 18th, 2006.

Got a new job that pays well, paying all bills on time, on a schedule where twice a month I have a chuck of my credit debt (I’ll done in 28 months). I’m still saving and not touching it…
