clean up all my papers and notes

Well, I paid a visit to the garage, where my paper and notes are, and found that they are piled under some other junk that’s accumulated over the past year – I couldn’t get to my papers and notes.

I’m going to have to declutter all the other stuff first!

.. as I’ve been too busy with work that’s been draining me. The upside is I haven’t been bringing papers and notes home and if I did I always end up throwing them out instead of accumulating them..

Right now I dont really want to think about all the papers in the garage.. ack

After several glasses of wine I’ve decided that I DON’T need to read these lovely National Geographic mags before I throw them out. So they are gone. I am not sure why I coudlnt do it before today – I thought I really should read them so that they are worth the time and money I’d spent on acquiring them. But today it finally hit me that if I read them I may be spending additional time and money on them with no real returns.. So, they are gone.

Well my hoildays are almost over. There are still some magz left. I dont know why I just can’t throw them away without browsing through them! This is one of those goals that’s going to last for years. Sigh

Threw out 2 old monitors, 2 old PCs, more magazines.
I think I can fit half of my car in the second garage now..

Well it turned out that the library receives far too many old books and magz so they actually dont want my magz. Therefore most of it have gone into the recycle bin.

I’m really excited – there’s only one box of notes left! I thought I had two boxful of notes but one of them was actually full of old text books!

I’ve listed a number of them on textbook exchange sites but so far no one has contacted me. Looks like they’re headed for the library too.

To the library: past issues of National Geographic.. well only half of them since I’ve only been able to get through that many before I needed a break.

Now: back to the two boxes of notes.

in the bin: 1.5 boxes full of lecture notes, tutorials, exam papers and things I thought I’d go back to but in reality probably wont.. besides they can all be found on the net anyway

I finally emptied a drawer so that I can put all my important documents in it! Now I actually have to find all my important documents that scattered around in various folders.

I always knew this to be a drawn-out process..
