Colleague: do you have a digital camera
me: yeah a very old one, do you have one?
C: No. Can I borrow yours?
me (without using my fucking brain): yeah if you dont lose it!
Maybe it’s no so big a deal but my last camera (which had enormous sentimental value being my first EVER camera) was lost in a river by my so called best friend then – it was the first time I had lend it to anyone and it was the last time I saw that camera
Trust.. is a valuable thing..

Asked p.m. why I was not told of the deadline BEFORE it’s due – he had no real answer for it. At least I conveyed to him that I have been less than thrilled to receive a call 5 minutes before COB about a deadline that I knew nothing about and that it reflected very poorly on us as an organisation!!!!

I had 5 of them against 2 – Its annoying and frustrating. Why do they think meaningless conversations and pointless throwaways are going to get them a sale? I hate the “Help me out here” and “What do I have to do to make a sale with you today” routines; No thanks, I’m not interested thanks, which part of no requires explaining please? No interested thanks very much… I suppose selective hearing does wear some customers down.

I just found out that it actually takes someone to speak up about the circumstances surrounding myself (and the other person) before I can even think of standing up for myself and speak what I think is right. This is not a good sign – I still have heaps of work to do.
