Am going to learn how to trade stocks in my spare time. I need some additional income in order to sustain a morgage!

Just double checked unit price on one of my investment – I bought (in August) at TWICE the average sales price for last year.. #$()#@S)X*UWR)(=E&!!!)($))! That’s what I get for not doing my own research and giving in to dodgy broker’s incessant badgering.

For the first time in 2 years I’ve got my budget and expenditures in the same spreadsheet. This is also the first time in two years I’ve decided to track my expenditures more diligently. Hopefully this year I will be in a better position to be spend less and be more disciplined about my money

If I have an extra $100 bucks a day.. 5 days a week.. then in 50 weeks I would have $25,000 extra income.. how cool would that be?

..so I got over them.

My portfolio is doing ok.. 50% ROI (less interest).. hope it stays that way!!!
I still dont want to fork out half of my annual income for morgage repayments.. so trading up is the only option

On a separate note – Jewellery retailers are like fucking car salesmen!! You just can’t give them an inch!
