No further weight loss at the moment. Not sure why – could be stress related

The bad new is that it was more brought on by stress than anything else, but it’s a kilo nontheless.
In any case, I’ll continue to work on my weight loss program – no beer, and regular exercise!
Managed to have kept the 1kg off. Am sure I have lost it because I weighed myself in the evening after dinner .. yay
Am also working out longer with increased intensity in the hope of burning off more Calories..
I hope i can keep this up!

Now the next thing is.. to keep this 1kg off, and continue to go to gym!
Been eating steamed fish marketed as “Oil fish” and found (to my dismay) it has pretty much the same effect as Xenical. I wonder what kind of fish that was.. might be a cheaper alternative to Xenical?
i’ve come up with two most likely causes of my weight gain:
increased stress, and increased alcohol (especially beer!) consupmtion.
I’m going to stay off beer for a couple of months and see if that changes anything
I’ve had to throw out 12 pairs of pants because I can’t fit into them anymore. I’ve put on so much weight without realising.. This is bad bad bad. Back to the gym, and more regularly too!
I’m now overweight – at least according to one GP and one nurse
So I’ve been watching my diet,being mindful about what I eat, and how much I eat. I’ve also been doing some light exercise. Once I get into the routine hopefully I’ll be able to up the intensity of my exercises, burning more fat as a result..
