I obviously didn't make this goal...

in June, but I gave myself until the end of July as a challenge. If I practice three days a week for the next three weeks, I’ll mark it “done.” I just have to
a) take my meds earlier so that I can,
b) wake up earlier on days that I work, because I’ll be,
c) following a schedule that I will
d) write in my little red notebook.
If none of this works, I’ll just try it again in August.
