I keep reminding myself to sit up everyday. I’m trying to make myself more aware of it, it’s working (per se).

I think I should go to one of those schools where keeping good posture is taught. Somtimes I slouch so bad, i get aches and pains in my shoulder blades. The pain gets to me sometimes. I am now trying to sit up straight and keep reminding myself when i’m not doing it.
