Well, I think I can do without seeing the Giant’s Causeway. It’s unique and fabulous, but too far out of the way from the other places I want to see first. Boyne Valley is still tops on the list, and only a short way from Dublin. Gotta love Rick Steves’ travel advice!

Imagining myself there! 2 years ago

This week, I’ll be watching the Rick Steves’ Savvy Traveller tour of Ireland on DVD. I need to believe I can really make this trip happen, and I’m hoping that seeing the sights on the small screen will help me make it come true!
