There was a very old and wise man who lived in a small hut. He was very famous for his keen ability to help people. A psychiatrist, eager to learn how to help others, went to see him and asked: “what is the secret of your wisdom, master”?
The old man smiled and said: “Well, every day I try to make someone happy”.
Then, after a pause, he added: “Even if that someone is myself”.
Finally, he said: “specially if it’s myself!”
