Both of my parents are Samoan, and I go to a Samoan church but I can understand and talk the basics, but find it really quite hard to express anything with any complex meaning. The other day in Sunday school we were asked what this word meant and although I had heard it so often, I didn’t really know what it meant. I was embarrassed xD, but I’m trying to improve so I can practice with my hafakasi friend who doesn’t speak it at all.
