I got Quicken 2007 for my Mac ProBook…it’s been great. Each month, I can compare my spending to my budget, and I’ve been doing great for months now. I believe this means…mission accomplished! :)

How I did it: A friend invited me to join her yoga class for a day, and it was free for me since I was a newcomer. Met her there, stretched and prepared then followed the teacher's instruction. Did some cool-down stretches -- and it was truly an hour well-spent. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I am by no means unattractive, but in a world where a 36C bombshell with a perfect complexion graces the cover of every magazine and models in the posters of every clothing store -- it's not hard to feel like I didn't quite make the cut. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I looked for alternatives to the food that I was already eating. So I didn't necessarily change my diet, but I did change who I was purchasing it from! Read how I did it…

Oh, the vice that is this heavenly drink…
I grew up on Ocean Spray CranApple juice. It’s a staple in my fridge. And of course, it’s just gotta have HFCS in it. GRRRR!!!
So, I’m finishing off the gallons I’ve amassed in my pantry (no sense in wasting)....and will keep the bottles. And fill them with a mixture of 100% cranberry juice and 100% apple juice.
The cost will be marginally higher—100% apple juice is easy to come by, but the cranberry juice will hurt the wallet a bit, especially if I go for organic.
But the cost to the wallet vs. the cost to my body…I’m good with that.
...is the condition. Time is the issue between the pain and this goal.
Already went to a physical therapist, and have some simple daily exercises. Already saw a masseuse (once) and indulged in that guilty [temporary] pleasure.
Now for some adjusting, because I’m lopsided.
