Today so far ive dont about a half an hr on the tredmin 3 Mph im thinking to go faster and faster as i go, ive had my orange juice a whole glass.
wow i didnt know 3.3mph for a half an hr can burn SOO many calories and Fat calories, in that half an hr i burned about 300 cal. and 80 fat calories :D
Right Now Im going to have a banana strawberry smoothie, 1 Banana 3 strawberries, Very good for you and not alot of calories.

Hi, Im nicole :] i think of myself a little chubby in the stomach area, i have fat on my lower stomach and my hips have been getting a little wider. Im 5’5 and 130 My Goal is to be 120 That deffinatly Will shrink my stomach and shrink my hips. i will eat ALOT LESS.
For Breakfast: Orange Juice
Lunch: No Lunch
Snacks: 5 carrots.
This will what ill be doing for the next few weeks.
I will keep in touch on here and see if this is sucessful

Everyday im going to do 200 sit ups and an hr on the tredmill 6 mph.
if you have anymore suggestions PLEASEEE tell.
