Spent the day in Orlando yesterday, and saw Blue Man Group in the evening. Amazing Show! It put the cherry on top, was a great end to a wonderful day. Can’t wait to see them again.

How I did it: On my 21st birthday, My boyfriend and I went Ice Skating for the first time. Afterwards we took a stroll around the Tampa mall, and then went to see a Movie at the IMAX theatre. When the movie was over we had pizza and then by the time we got home I was so exhausted from a long enjoyable day that I went straight to bed! How I did it: I started a consistent work out program of jogging everyother day, and strength training on the in between days. I kept pushing my self a little farther, and slowly noticed I was able to do more or go farther, easier. It gave me more energy, and I physically and mentally felt better. I have opened a few cook books and flipped to page 43.. The problem is that it’s always something I dont eat, like, or is just completely impractical to make. I guess I’m kind of defeating the purpose of this goal if I dont just do it…
