Ok 52 days until my birthday so I decided to hit the gym 5-6x this week as well as additional exercise. I weighed myself on their scales and I was 89.6 gasp. I had been drinking water and had eaten a bit so that may be it. I have an assessment tomorrow at 7am so we shall see what happens…
Either way I am committed to loosing this weight!
