When I do a backbend using a wall I get scared near then end and land on my elbows but I’m inches away. I can do a back bend where you start with one hand already on the floor and I can do one when someone supports under my back.

Proabably the only reason I can still do bridges without doing them for months is because I tend to stretch my back far back(wards) every morning to wake myself up. So I would encourage bending back a bit more during your morning yawn—lolz.
Usually they don’t hurt but the one I just did did :l I haven’t done them in a while but bridges just come to me. I’m still trying to do a backbend and walk over. The key to a good bridge is being able to push yourself UP. Well good luck everyone and let me know if you need anymore help (:
Some people make the splits seem soooooooooo hard and others sooooo easy. For me the stretching doesn’t hurt but getting up from practicing a split and getting closer than 8 inches from the ground hurts. Although my friend is going to teach me some stretches on Monday.
About 11 inches off the ground in a center split (without prior stretching or running) The running or stretching before hand doesn’t help me much tho :l What about 4 you?
