The 12th hole at the Emerald, New Bern, NC. A good drive, decent 3-iron, and solid 9-iron left me about 5 yards in from of the green, and 25 feet from the pin.

Did this as part of a 10-day Tour of the British Isles. I enjoyed Dublin quite a lot, and visited an excellent exhibition on the Book of Kells at Trinity College.

The family and I just got back from a 10-day tour of the British Isles. Very much fun—I enjoyed York, Dublin, and Bath the most, but it’s hard to say. Really want to go back and spend more in-depth time in some of the places.
