got my head out the sand and went to see my mentor about university stuff, and now I’m on a definate track (hopefully to edinburgh!). I just needed to suck it up and do stuff rather than let in accumulate and then get stressed.

Tried to do this whenever I had spare change in my pocket. Usually left them at bus stops and I have often missed out on bus fare by like 3p and had to walk home.
Just stepped on the scales for the first time in ages and expected to see a bad bad number as I have been eating a lot of junk for the past three days as I’ve been away from home but no, it was a good number – I’m back on track people. Planning to gym it alot next week so I can perhaps complete this goal within this month!
