Eddie with Whoopi Goldberg
I wonder why people do this. I see so many people in situations in which they aren’t happy, but they seem content in staying. Is the fear of the unknown greater than the desire to be happy?
With this I mean, don’t waste a pretty day on cleaning the house(which I do ALOT!)when I could be bike riding with the kids.

I feel that this should be playing in the background as I say goodbye….
Let me start this off by saying that my father passed away June 26, 2007. He was 56 years old. Cause of death-heroin overdose. My father was an incredibly brilliant man, came from an upper-middle class family and apparently couldn’t escape the demons in his mind. He was by no means a junkie, but he did like the drink. Marijuana was also a close friend of his. Unfortunately, as many children of alcoholics know, the good memories are few and far between, hence the goal. Here goes- 1. He was funny.
Being a former victim of abuse myself, I would like to give hope to those that have none.
This is do-able, seing as how I have a 3.3 now. I am a social work major, and have found my life’s calling.
