Hypothetical situation:

Your “friend” calls you. You know they need something. You ignore their call and let it ring through.

How do you feel after?

I personally get a thrill from it, along with some guilt.

This is going off my list... 4 months ago

Who needs a boyfriend? I don’t even want one anymore.

Not only does it suck pining for one, but once I get them I feel like it’s another responsibility dumped on me, and that I have an obligation to see them/make the relationship work. I’d much rather have a close, hot friend to flirt or makeout with now and then, but stay totally casual and spontaneous.

Maybe this means I’m not emotionally mature enough for one. I’m fine with that!

More Progress 4 months ago

So I haven’t really been gung-ho about losing weight in a while, although I never really reached where I want to be. My plan this summer was to bring myself to the gym once a day.

Yeah, that didn’t happen.

I just got a personal trainer/pilates coach though, so along with doing two sessions a week, I might actually find the motivation to go to the gym with a friend once in a while as well.

The great thing was though, that when the trainer saw me, she remarked about how much weight I had lost since I met her in October. I think it’s the fact that throughout the winter and spring I had gotten myself to drink over 2 liters of water a day and I walked A LOT. Now that it’s summer though, I’ve been a either out partying at night or shut in my room during day to avoid the heat, and haven’t gotten the water/exercise/sleep necessary to lose or even maintain my weight.

Anyway, here’s to getting back on track!

P.S. I told her my goal was to tone up and get a subtle six-pack, and she said “No problem! We’ll be there in a matter of months!” I am SO psyched!
