I have done a few social things this week. I want to do more and meet more people. I spend too much time at home with my bf. I need some balance in my life. I don’t really know how to organize things though. One thing I can do is to be more spontaneous when plans form, instead of passing and just going home.

How I did it: slowly training my mind to be more positive, meditation, and doing things in general that make me happy. when i thought of something that made me feel bad, i would just stop myself in my tracks. I thought I was getting better at this but then I had a fight with a loved one recently. I was very hurt and angry but instead of just letting it go, I wanted to talk about it. That’s probably the worst thing you can do at the moment. So what could have been nothing turned into a big fight. I have to remember this goal so it doesn’t happen again.
