I was just looking on Ebay, you can pick up boards and gear pretty cheap. My gf and I went snowboarding in Switzerland last year and simply loved it. So I want to get into it and have it as something to do in winter.

Get into Snorkeling again
I used to live in Portland, Vic, Australia and did a bit of snorkeling there. But I have no equipment any more and don’t do it any more, but I want to.
Not a goal that’s bang, gone, done, but more of a ‘get into it more’ thing. I’d like to get some good gear and go out at least once a month in the warmer months.

I’m from Melbourne, Aust. When I went to Europe for a year in 06, I got the impression that Australia is a big surfing nation. With the blonde hair, boardies, surf shops everywhere, I didn’t realise it until I went overseas. Since then I’ve been wanting to get into it really bad. The trouble is I’m living in a city which doesn’t exactly have the best surf, but I’ll just have to make the most of it I think.
