This being on a budget thing has sort of made cooking from scratch more part of the process. So that’s good… one goal being a happy byproduct of another.
I’ve been busy in the kitchen… muffins, cookies, pizza dough, soups, etc. all from scratch now. It takes a little planning, but the results are so worth it. Better, cheaper food and we’re reducing our packaging that needs to be recycled dramatically. We also both seemed to have lost weight this month…. go figure!
After 2 and a bit years of living here, finally all the kitchen stuff is put away where its supposed to be! Yay!
